hmm... not what i expected. i figured it'd sound like a clip of a song that sounds like it's from American Idiot, but it's definitely different. still not really liking it either though.

Came in here to post this, could be very very interesting if they decided to make these more influenced by their side projects vs. not releasing it as a side project (and I am not complaining if they do)

Wow, I can't remember the last time I was actually excited for a new Green Day album. This actually sounds like it's going to be pretty good.

Definitely doesn't sound like 21st Century Breakdown, so I'm very happy about that. Kind of reminds me of Franz Ferdinand for some reason. Way more excited now.
