That sucks about Eric Judy. I'm sure he's made bank and wanted to be with his family. Now Issac and the one drummer are the remaining original members.

Thank god! Really need some new MM in my life. Would love to go to Orion Fest, but its not worth the price and hassle to see them play an hour long set.

Disregard anything about a new album being announced at Orion. This site got that rumor from a post I made on the modest mouse forum, Interstate-8. After the show I overheard Isaac Brock say something about the band making an announcement but I didn't quite hear the question and I wrongly assumed it was regarding a new album. It was about a tour date instead.
However it does seem like Eric Judy is no longer with the band. When asked about the status of Eric, Isaac said, "uh, I think he's retired."

Sucks about Eric Judy, who is the touring bassist at the moment?
