So does Rise sign a new band every week or what?

it's pretty rare for a Tampa area band to get signed to a bigger indie label
i don't think any band from around here has done it since Underoath (unless you count Anam Cara getting signed to Strikefirst Records , which didn't last long)

I heard about a couple weeks ago, it was kinda surprising. They're a pretty good band it was just out of nowhere I guess.

The songs are their myspace are pretty good. People give Rise a lot of shit but seem to forget they have quite a few good bands on their label. It Prevails, Catherine (although older was better), Before Their Eyes shows promise, At the throne of judgement, burden of a day, DGD.
