Yeah, the guy's voice sounds better, but this album is so chock full of filler its mindboggling.

Some of the songs ("Ji", for instance) are just dead weight, and the entire album is just unsophisticated and is in desperate need of some refining. The amount of hyperbole being thrown around with this album is so unwarranted, it's just good.
