Wow, hope alls well with Jim. My friend actually had this happen last summer and was in the hospital for awhile.

I wonder who is filling in for them, he's a great guitar player. Although most of Slipknots stuff is done on two strings or so haha

I think one of their techs was playing backstage if I'm not mistaken.

It's not necessarily immediately lethal if it bursts but it is lethal if peritonitis sets in and you go into septic shock.

It probably did not burst three weeks ago, but was inflamed for that period of time, then burst - hence the emergency.
