Amazing review, on one of my favorite albums. Can't believe it's been 15 years!

this album is amazing

This used to be my #1 album for a while. I wouldn't rank it so high anymore though. I always want to skip Thanks A Lot and Burning Man, and a perfect album shouldn't compell someone to skip songs.

Best 90s pop rock record. Only other ones that come close are Dizzy Up The Girl and Horrorscope. Really the only thing you need to say is "do do do, do do do do"

Considering how many fantastic and life-changing album were released in the 90s I'm gonna have to call major bullshit on that.

Still baffled at how much people praise this record, it's such an average pop rock record from such an average band. This stuff was always in the same vein as groups like Everclear and Matchbox Twenty, but yet ap.net chooses to talk about this record as if it was one of the most perfect records from the 90s.

I really like Matchbox and Everclear too, haha.

Third Eye Blind is and will always be that one band from my childhood I look back on and say, "this is what shaped my musical atmosphere." Loved this record, though Out of the Vein was & is my favorite. Wish the label wouldn't have shitted on it and them.

Understandable. Was just wondering. Some respectable albums on that list. I guess for me 3EB s/t is on that list because it was really one of those discs that I can look back on and say, "that got me into music." Different strokes for different folks.
