I know Vice NY personally. They are some of my good friends who work their asses off to try to make the band work.

by far the best part. lol. I don't see the big deal really. Vice is a pretty generic. I bet if you search old Myspace band pages you will find a band who beat both of them. Will only become an issue if one of them becomes popular...
