Thought it would've been considerably more (especially for an album that's debuting in the top 10, maybe 5), but good for them. They deserve it.

Can't believe Passion Pit isn't expected to do more... Both are fantastic albums though.

They waited WAY too long between albums and have had some personal issues that have kept the hype from spreading.

Definitely... I would say there's still plenty of interest out there. The personal issues have undoubtedly affected the whole process in terms of touring and appearances, but I haven't seen much promotion for the album otherwise.

I wish I did but I just can't buy into the hype of this band. Perhaps I am missing out on some gems but the few songs I've heard by this band have been just ok.

I'm kind of disappointed by the numbers, was hoping between 50-60K.

Well, by not listening to it ... you're by definition missing out.

I bought the SRC vinyl and the autographed CD bundle pre-orders, but haven't received either of them yet.

My girlfriend bought the vinyl (from Amazon I think) and got hers on Tuesday.
