I don't see people in the country scene really knowing who he is. If he makes good music then it won't matter what else he does.

As much as I hope Taking Back Sunday stays around and they make more albums It would be cool for him to do something different. A lot of fans of Taking Back Sunday are a lot older these days and like a lot more indie, alternative,the blues, blue grass, and possibly alt country. I think if music is really self-expression than just give it your best and let it speak for itself.

Go for it. I'd love Eddie Reyes to release a solo album or have a side project (maybe he does and I just don't know if it?). I think he's way more talented than people give him credit for.
