If you are surprised Tom sounds like shit, that tells me you haven't listened to blink live that much. It's been the most overdone discussion any blink fan could ever have in the past 10 years. Every fan of blink is, or should be, very aware of this. They've understood it.

This discussion was re-emerged back in 09' in full stride when he began trying to sing blink songs again.

I've been listening to a lot of Blink on a random kick lately and I thought this video sounded like a solid performance. I don't see why anyone is complaining. Great band plays great old song. Singer sounds like he pretty much always has. Good video.

This makes me happy. I wish it didn't feel a little different with the way Tom sings it now but you can't always have the same voice you did when you were in your early 20's.

Tom has the same voice! It's his choice of vocal melodies that is the problem.
