For shoving a fan off stage...when he wasn't supposed to be up there? This is absurd. I threw a kid crowd-surfing once and he landed on the metal baracde that seperated the crowd from the stage... ended up at the hospital. His brother told me they were going to sue me... I laughed. It's unfortunate that the fan had to die... but he shouldn't have been up there... Blythe was just protecting himself. Can't do much these days with out a consequence.

I would add pending trial at the end of the subject line on this post, personally. I am not sure if everyone will read the story that notes there is still a trial and the matter is not closed.
