it does seem obvious. also, this is from austrailia, which ledger was. but i don't think it has been proven this is where he got the inspiration from, or has it?

I have spent all year so far listening almost exclusively to Tom Waits. Man is a god.

I love Tom Waits...I don't think he was Heath Ledger's inspiration. Don't get me wrong, that would be sick, but I just think they are both eccentric talented guys though Waits' interview may be alcohol related as he didn't really clean himself up til right after this time into 1980.

Back to the matter at hand, I enjoyed that video, I love the song more though.
