The organizers put out an open letter to Rammstein for then to headline next year and not turn them down again. Apparently Rammstein has said no three years in a row now because they won't perform without their entire stage show.

I heard that as well. It is entirely possible for Rammstein to headline, i just believe in regards to a massive headliner, System of a Down seems more likely.

I can definitely see Miss May I on this next year. Agree that Deftones will partake in this as well.

Of the bands that play warped, I could see Miss May I, Chelsea Grin, Bring Me the Horizon, August Burns Red, and some Djent-esque sumeriancore band be possible canidates. However, I am personally hoping for Protest the Hero in regards to bands who have played warped before.

Periphery could definitely fill the Sumerian slot, but like I said about BMTH over in the Warped speculation thread, I would rather see them there (at Warped). If not Periphery, After the Burial could be rather likely.

All of those would be incredible but I can't see BMTH being on. Asking Alexandria this year was a little understandable but BMTH would just be plain dumb (unless their new album is like back to their deathcore days)

yeah in all honesty i hope to keep tbe core on mayhem to a minimum. but i can see your point escpecially considerin bmth is leaning towards postrock.

Okay so in 2012 the lineup was set up as follows, the band next to them is the band i am expecting for 2013. Note i am structuring this around the original High on Fire lineup.
2012 2013
Headliner: Slipknot/System of a Down
Secondary Headliner: Slayer/Lamb of God
Main Stage Band: Motorhead/Deftones
Jagermeister Headliner: Anthrax/ Bullet for my Valentine
Main Stage Rotator 1: As I Lay Dying/Hatebreed
MSR 2: The Devil Wears Prada/Cannibal Corpse
MSR 3: Asking Alexandria/Testament or August Burns Red or Overkill
Primary Jager Band: Whitechapel/Miss May I
Secondary Jager Band: High on Fire/Chelsea Grin
Mayhem Cruise Stage Band 1: Upon a Burning Body/Periphery (I think the label or theme of this stage is subject to change, but I would not be surprised if this stage becomes the Mayhem Fest Cruise Stage. Other Labels I could see own their own stage are Metal Blade, Century Media, Rise, Sumerian again, and others.)
Mayhem Cruise Stage Band 2: I, The Breather/Gojira
Mayhem Cruise Stage Band 3: Dirtfedd/Battlecross

I though about this for awhile so comments, changes needing to be made, or bands involving certain record lables please tell me.

I want:

Main Stage:

Iron Maiden
System Of A Down
Dream Theater
Rotating Band

Rotating Slots:

Meshuggah
August Burns Red
Gojira

Jagermeister Stage:

Lamb Of God
Rotating Band
Rotating Band
The Dillinger Escape Plan
Six Feet Under

Other Stage:

The Acacia Strain
Born Of Osiris
Battlecross

It IS realistic (unless Dream Theater is done for), yet it would definetly sell out almost every single show. Would easily be the best lineup so far.
