No, but 21st Century Breakdown was the most mature, most diverse, and most interesting album they've ever made, and it's regularly mocked. It certainly has the best and most thoughtful lyrics of any Green Day album. No progression allowed, apparently.
These new songs are good, but I like Green Day better when they do concept albums. These new three seem to each be based on musical ideas (Uno is power pop, Dos is garage rock, and Tre is sweeping big stuff, according to the band) rather than lyrical ones, so I'm having a harder time getting into them.
