I've yet to digest the sequence Vicious Kind-Telescope but I like this record. Not as immediate as WYTTSY, but still Yellowcard. Awakening is an amazing song.

It's not their best. It's better than their last, where only about half the songs were any good though. After my first two listens:

Cons:
- Abruptly short
- Lyrics are laughable at times, especially in Ten when the contrast between the seriousness of the music and some of the words chosen is jarring

Pros:
- It's a Yellowcard album

There are some great songs on this record, but also some that are less great

Probably gonna be my second favourite YC album, after Paper Walls

YC's best album. Lights and Sounds is still my favorite, but this will be eventually. "When You're Through..." just didn't cut it.

Good review. Too early for me to call it their best, but it's definitely in the top half of their discography. Such a great album.
