I haven't listened to this band since Set Yourself On Fire but around that time, they were one of my favorite bands. Do they still sound like SYOR?

I remember there was like a four year gap between SYOF and the record after that. I think I listened to a few tracks off that record but couldn't get into it.

I'm two songs in and this may be one of their greatest records. Reminds me a lot of Set Yourself.

I can't listen until later but it wouldn't be hard to beat TFG. That record was way too melodramatic even for Stars

I'll have to listen tonight. They did a cool thing where you got a free download of the new album (when it comes out) if you bought tickets to their latest tour.

I really liked the 5 Ghosts... so either that means from your comments that this is REALLY good or we have very different tastes as Stars fans. Hopefully it's the former.

Ugh. Waiting this out until i go pick it up on vinyl on september 4th. So far away.

after listening to the album I'm not too impressed at all. The first half was just not for me. Bloc Party for AOTY

I like it but nothing's jumping out at me like the best from TFG did. (Wasted Daylight, Fixed, How Much More)
