I really like that. I've kind of gotten to the point where, most of the time, other bands that sound like that get boring to me really quickly or their songs kind of blend together and sound samey. So the short songs and the interesting writing style really works well for me.

I totally agree, it has a fresh sound due to the brevity. They don't wear anything out by stretching the ideas to fit into a 3 minute song.
