The Weeknd Partners With Universal; Trilogy Release in...

The Weeknd has partnered with Universal to release Trilogy (House of Balloons, Thursday, and Echoes of Silence) on November 13th. The physical and digital releases will also feature new music. Additionally, The Weeknd will drop his first single "Wicked Games" sometime soon to digital retailers.

The Weeknd and Frank Ocean aren't doing the same thing so I don't know how The Weeknd can "do it better"

If you can't compare these two artists, you literally can't compare ANY artists. Nobody is exactly the same as someone else, but these two people are in the same genre making similar music, so it is more than fair to make a comparison.
