Alright, so I guess it's ios6 where the change happens. the new operating system makes it a full streaming service, rather than a download based thing. So basically, a 25k song stream service from any song you have.

You can upload / match up to 25,000 and any songs in your library that you actually purchased from iTunes don't count towards that, so it could be even more

Go with How It Feels to Be Something On it's one of their best. Don't bother with The Rising Tide, it's not very good.
