I've been hearing that a lot of these scene bands are all talking about moving in a more slipknoty numetal direction.

Not quite sure how I feel about that. I really enjoyed the new Of Mice & Men songs that Austin said were going to be nu-metal sounding. On the other hand, I was never a big Rap-Rock fan.

Yeah like nu-metal and rap rock would be in different categories like slipknot/mudvayne/fearfactory/korn and then limpbizkit/pod/rage against the machine. i think immure even sounds like korn and limpbizkit a lot on their new shit. that of mice and men is very slipknot sounding.
