Yes, anyone can say what they want but Britney is pretty consistent and knows what works with her voice. Isn't Heidi the one who took a song that Taylor Momsen wrote when she was like eight, lol?

According to this article, her debut record is only sold at Hot Topic. It makes sense why the album sales were quite low.

I'm not defending her, nor am I a fan, but I just thought I'd point that out.

It doesn't say that she's the second worst ever though. It names two albums that we know sold worse than hers (so at worst she's 3rd), but I would imagine that there must be more? Even just counting majors there have to be some other albums that flopped so hard that no one remembers them.
