One of the last original bands in the music scene; I'm sad to see them go

Define The Great Line will always be one of my favorite records. Such a shame I didn't see them live when I had the chance.

this band's music - mainly DTGL and LITSOS - helped me get through some of the darkest times in my life.

Geez. Members of Underoath - I'll bet you'll never read this because there are a million other people posting the same thing, but I just wanted to give you guys props. You were the first heavy band I got into - I was eleven years old and heavy music was primarily unheard of by everyone around me - but for six years now I've loved what you do and have nothing but respect for you. You're all my heroes. Keep being the awesome guys you are, knowing you really did something here that mattered.

Such a bummer. But I'm thrilled there will at least be a farewell tour.

Damn.... This was/has been one of my favorite bands for years! It's what got me into metal music! I've since changed musical tastes since, but always enjoyed Underoath! It's a sad day, but one I saw coming!

This. I remember hearing "Reinventing Your Exit" for the first time and I was hooked. Gonna miss these dudes.

I'm probably one of the few who thought Disambiguation was their best. They were my first exposure to "heavier" music. Hopefully the farewell tour comes close enough for me to attend a show or two.

Here is to hoping that Aaron will play drums on the tour and that they will have Dallas do the songs that they play from their first three.

this is kind of a bummer. but it's been a solid, full career for all the members and i'm looking forward to what comes next from all of them.
