I keep trying to give it a try. It just wasn't that good to me. I'm not even one of those people that is like "Max should be depressed." I just didn't like how it sounded. He seems to be truly happy these days though and that's what matters.

Opposite for me. I liked it well enough when it came out, and still do, but I just don't find myself listening to it much. "Burn a Miracle", "Say Anything", and "Night Song" are all great, then I feel like the album is kinda unremarkable after that. Good, but never outstanding after those three.

It has a few good tracks indeed, but it wasn't a strong effort in my opinion. I had extremely high hopes. I even enjoyed self titled a good deal.
