Interesting read! Also, nice to know that anamericangod actually exists in the real world. I always assumed that it was a robot who controlled his AP account and who handled all record releases.

I can get why it wouldn't be at my door step and I don't blame the label or who ever is doing it. I just would like a "Hey this is delayed and you're not getting it yet". I'd be fine with that because I know there is more time being put into the process to make sure it's great. But that time I ordered a vinyl from a very large merch company and they didn't give two shits if I got it or not. I was just mad and stopped buying from them like any good consumer.

not all of it can be blamed on the companies pressing the vinyl. sometimes its poor management/planning, like P+P.
