they're older stuff is a little closer to punk-rock / pop-punk roots and they're the only albums worth hearing

I've just heard songs my friends have played and I saw them on of the late night shows the other night. it just seems like the least punk thing possible.

If you don't consider Time Again, The Unseen, Street Dogs, Flatfoot 56, and The Bronx to be punk what do you consider them to be (I haven't listened to Be Your Own Pet or Krum Bums so I'm not sure what they sound like)?
