the way travis played on box car racer was unique. i thought it was sick but he hasn't really played that way since. just cause tom inferred it will have some box car racer sound to it is cool but i doubt travis will play that style again.
also, i was scared that he was going to say "this sounds just like enema, or dude ranch" or something like that. i don't want a blink album that is mixed experimental (ie. st/neighborhoods) and half pop punk. one or the other. so that good

What's BCR have to do with new Blink? More s/t style, please.

Partially excited for this. If it's anything like Box Car Racer, then it should be good!

He definitely parlayed that over to "S/T," playing even better than BCR.

Hope it sounds like self-title than. That album was mature yet fresh and catchy.

To be fair though, I have always thought Tom was the stronger songwriter, at least in their post-BCR career.

I'm probably in the minority when I say this but I think that Blink's self titled is their best work. As far as I'm concerned, I don't really care too much for them integrating a little bit of "old stuff" into their new songs. I feel like "Neighborhoods" was their reunion album, one which was meant to please fans with songs reminding people of old Blink. I'd personally rather see a step forward for them.

Tiny voices, make things harderrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Awesome as Neighborhoods was/still is, I'm confident they'll make an album even better than that one here, seeing as they appear to really getting back into the groove of things.
