every time I think there is a sliver of hope they ruin it with awful screams and mindless chugging

I feel this is just as bad as new Woe, except Issues have better structure and rhythm. Extremely basic guitar lines, electronics that sound like they're just thrown in just for the hell of it, and bland delivery. Props to them for trying to mix it up I guess.
