Im pretty sure hundreds of people die in North America every week...regardless of a publicized hurricane

i didn't know that my statement meant that I was against relief and rebuilding efforts. simply stated that North America is a big place, rebuilding and relief happens throughout the year whether you're aware of it through the likes of CNN and other media sources, or not.

But since the media didn't force it down your throat you were completely unaware. this is quite unfortunate. Your first part simply points out strength in numbers, regardless of making sense. The last part of your tirade makes me assume that you lost someone in this "hurricane." Because "die like a thousand times" sounds like you temporarily lost your sanity and composure. Now if I am correct and you lost someone close then I do feel sorry for you, and I will pray for all those lost. But if you're merely angry just because you were told of an event, told to sponsor an event, and hate all those that don't have the same amount of compassion for said event as you, then I feel bad. I feel bad that the media has won so many. If the latter is true, then the media can easily and concisely control peoples emotions wholeheartedly. Which is scary and unfortunate. Kinda makes me nervous when they are ready to attack an innocent country and plaster on the news how vile that country is. people like you will easily believe and sanction its destruction. But I digress.
