Today was the most frustrating online buying experience I've ever had, trying to buy the LTTW red vinyl. Not only does the site continually crash, but I was unable to complete a check-out FOUR DIFFERENT TIMES, despite being only a click away each time. Each time, the SQL database shit the bed and I had to start over. I'm doing this on a goddam Mac Pro tower, I tried three different browsers and I'm working off a 40+ MBPS connection, so I'm certain this wasn't the computer.

This is a fucking Groundhog Day repeat of the same scenario that happened last week when I tried to buy the limited edition prints, only to flail around like a dog trying to hump a doorknob for 17 minutes before they were both sold out.

Andrew, dude - I fucking LOVE you and clearly want to throw money your way, but the GoMerch people have dicked me over for the last time. I'm sure I'm not the only one who had this problem. Or am I?

I just went there and repeatedly clicked on mercantile like an idiot because I was trying to break my Magic Mouse in half from fury. Eventually, it showed me the webstore again and all the pre-orders I had added each time (11). After deleting 10, I placed my order and got the email confirmation not a minute later.
