I dunno, I thought Punk goes Pop was hilarious. Maybe it's not intended to be funny, but I don't care, it made me laugh enough that I enjoyed it.

Punk Goes Pop gave us the awesome TSL/Jlo cover, and Acoustic was pretty great.

Still don't think this'll top the Xmas one with Punchline's "Icicles", SoCo's "Forget December, and FOB's "Yule Shoot Your Eye Out".

what a shame. this idea has a lot of potential, too bad most of the bands chosen to perform the covers are, well, not that good.

Can't wait to hear the breakdown in Woe Is Me's rendition of Deck the Halls.

The other Fearless Christmas record was actually pretty good. Christmas Brings me Down by Sparks the Rescue is one of my favorite XMas Pop Punk songs.

Well Adam is probably stabbing a hooker to death with a plastic knife right now considering his little meltdown. Seriously dude, yeah these things are back but chill the fuck out.

I give every single one of these a chance and each one gives me less and less songs to listen to. Punk Goes Pop 5 gave me ONE, one fucking song, which was the Mayday Parade cover.

Not as good as they used to be years ago...but I'm listening to this (Punk Goes Pop 5) on Spotify and there are a few that I enjoy.

The especially pointless ones like the Like Moths To Flames and The Word Alive, and Secrets are the ones that have been making the Punk Goes comps sooooo shitty lately. This one only has those three, but lately it seems like at least half of the songs are these "metalcore" bands just screaming the lyrics to music that sounds absolutely nothing like the song at all and is indistinguishable from all of their other songs. I just don't see the point in that. At least find something musically in the song to stay true to or else what the hell is the point?
