Im excited for this one. Since the reboot was so early, I feel like a lot of people were put off by the first one. I personally found it better than Raimi's. I think since they got the first one out of the way, this one should be a lot more enjoyable.

Also, I still hope they kill Gwen in 3. If they kill her in 2 and rush an MJ romance in 3, it'll feel really weird. Let the Gwen arc cover the whole trilogy, and develop MJ as a troubled/party girl here so we get her growth when Gwen dies.

I could be wrong but I remember Webb wanting to to still be in high school. We shall see if thats where the studio lets him go.

I think Cooper is a great fit. Loved the first one, excited to see this one. Not sure where all the fear is coming from.
