Edit because I remember this: Back when I was in early high school, one of the promotors around here used to use Ticket Rumba because the bands wanted to do presales, but then she would tell people to never ever buy their tickets in advance on there because it was such a pain to deal with. As a customer, I could definitely see why.

I can speak for Ticketfly as a ticket buyer and as a promoter that now uses them. They're absolutely legit compared to some of the other outfits out there. They also don't charge as much as websites like Ticketweb (Who is under the Ticketmaster umbrella) and Ticketmaster itself.

Yeah, I guess I should have clarified that more. I actually really like Ticketfly and I'm glad that the local venue here uses it. Ticketweb was a pain the one time I had to use it, if I remember correctly.

Closest date to me is on my birthday.

fyi ... We attended that Boston College Show in Sept at the campus Starbucks.
The smaller shows are cool but ....

I prefer to see them on the largest scale possible right now.
Either way this line up will be my favorite of next year.

I'm thinking about making the trek to Grand Rapids for this show, haven't been to a show there in a while. I'd be interested to see the reaction to Fireworks there since when I've seen them in Detroit and Chicago its been awesome.
