I'm going to be living in an apartment by myself for the first time next year and so far have had a meal plan both in the dorms and in the fraternity where I live. I'll definitely need to learn some cooking skills but I am kind of excited about it and I am sure I am capable of cooking, just need some instructions and some practice. I'm sure blogs like this could come in handy!
