I'm embarrassed for the solid bands(Fugazi, Rites of Spring, Boy Sets Fire, SDRE) that are a part of this garbage.

If they're dedicated to making such a shitty list of music, might as well go full throttle and add the likes of Yellowcard, All Time Low and whatever Ronnie Radtko is doing these days.

"Duane Joseph" was one of the first songs on my mp3 player back in the day, haha.

I use a pretty liberal "emo" definition so I think it's a pretty good list. Tons of great songs I haven't listened to in many years.

A lot of this list is ridiculous. Explosions in the Sky? Emo? I guess the song is kind of sad but come on...

Also "Existentialism on Prom Night" and "The Moon is Down" should be top 5; pretty much fact...
