That song is far and away the worst track on the album. Their lyrics in general certainly aren't incredible, but there are far worse offenders in that category.

I personally don't think they are pop punk, but that term kind of has become the emo from a few years ago. When I think pop punk I tend to think more along NFG, early Starting Line, and stuff like that. I don't really care at this point. I know what people are talking about, so it's fine.

I really need them to come to Portland.

Listen to "The Waits" and tell me that's not a good song, seriously.
