God I love The Movielife so much.

Small handful of gems in there, but some of these songs are downright awful.

Those covers of This Time Next Year and 10 Seconds Too Late were cringeworthy. A couple of songs were decent, but I'll be damned if anything was memorably good.

Really loving Shane's cover.

I've had TML's Fourty Hours CD for eons but never really gave it a thourough listen il about 2 months ago. TBH, I don't get the massive praise/appeal. Whole thing was pretty dull, I think I gave every song 3 stars.

freshman 15 and farewell fighter KILLED it.

granted, the last movielife tribute that came out was VERY hit or miss. so, between these 2, I'm sure I can compile 1 GREAT comp worth of stuff. haha

...you had to see them live. them and onelinedrawing (and a static lullaby for some reason) was one of the best shows i've ever been to. hands down.

Some of these songs are alright, but most are just terrible. It's like they took the interesting parts out and just left them bland and underwhelming.
