No. The members of Meg & Dia simply agreed the band had it's time, and everyone should be able to fully pursue other ambitions. Meg has a jewelry business, and since she lives with Nick, this band wouldn't take up as much time as collaborating with the others in M&D, who are scattered throughout the country. Everyone is still very close.
