Yeah, I think he'd be good for the rotation but since Amaro made the genius decision to trade Worley, they have the 4 and 5 spots in the rotation open presumably for Cloyd, Lannan, and Kendrick to compete for.

Hindsight is 20/20, but it looks like we should have kept Cliff Lee and never traded for Halladay (as amazing as he has been). We probably never would have had to trade for Oswalt and who knows about pence.

They won in 08 when they didn't even have Halladay. Rotation was Hamels, Moyer, Myers, Blanton, and Adam Eaton.
