Seemed like a kind of mediocre year for games in my opinion. Dishonored and Journey were the only two that really had a lasting impression on me.

I actually got around to playing many of the games I wanted to this year. Taking a semester off from college may have helped there. Anyways here are my favorites:

6. Far Cry 3
7. Max Payne 3
8. Mark of the Ninja
9. XCOM: Enemy Unknown
10. Darksiders 2

I haven't played The Walking Dead yet, but from what I have read it should be pretty high on the list once I do. Assassin's Creed 3 is the other one I haven't played that would probably be in the top 10, just haven't gotten around to it yet.
