Kiper's draft is particularly awful this year. McShay actually doesn't do too bad. At the very least, his views on talent level and team fit are pretty solid.

That is pretty ridiculous but you never know sometimes, I personally would probably take Ball before most of those backs but that's just me.

I'd take Bernard or Lacy over him..maybe Ellington as well.

It wasn't so much taking Ball that surprised me. It was taking him 21st overall, when he could very well be there late in the 2nd or even into the 3rd round

If we landed him late 2nd or 3rd I'd b ok with taking him for sure

I'd love it if Denver took Montee Ball. Obviously he had a better Junior year then Senior but he still had a very good year.

Idk I'm not really overall impressed with the guys ahead of him honestly, not that they're bad but I think he just had not as great of a season this year as he could have even though he did break those records I had much higher hopes. I would hope a team I like could get him as a steal later if this is the case though, I think a team will have a bigger need than the Bengals and pick him before they get their next pick or 2. They honestly shouldn't waste a pick on him unless they're highly impressed, they could get another second back through FA and later in the draft if anything.

Sounds like Ziggy Ansah and SDSU corne Leon McFadden are the standouts from the early practices.

All of the QBs on the South roster are apparently struggling. Not surprised by this at all.
