Just revisited their discography this past week. They wrote such good hooks with such macabre lyrics. And Trainwreck is probably my favorite concept album.

Boys Night Out and Fake Problems should tour so seven strange old guys in all major cities can be stoked on life.

That last SSLYBY album was enjoyable and yet almost completely forgettable at the same time. Here's hoping they mark Pershing-style consistency on the next one (and maybe Broom-y intimacy if they want).

Right? The singles off the album were great but everything else kind of dragged.

I know about a dozen in the hudson valley that would be more than willing. Broken Bones and Bloody Kisses is as solid as an EP can get. They played it in its entirety way back when in Jersey, still remember that show.

Loving the new Pianos Become the Teeth song. And I've always wanted to read Kavalier and Clay.

Pretty much like everyone else said, I'm taking my late pass and checking out everything I slept on last year. Japandroids and From Indian Lakes are killin it so far. Really enjoying both.

Other than that - check out The Traditional, this song from All Blondes Go to Heaven, Fingers Crossed's new album, and of course Pentimento's self-titled if you haven't yet.
