Silverstein's second release for Hopeless Records - This Is How The Wind Shifts - is the band's finest effort to date. The record's core concept is each track has a parallel track that tells the story in a different light - what would have happened if things were different due to a single event, thus the album's title. I never listen to tracks beforehand -- love to hear albums in their proper context -- but I just needed to leave a comment that I'm stoked for this record. Silverstein is one of the more underrated bands "in the genre" (whatever that is). Probably stems from being stuck next to so many shitty Victory bands for so long.

haha, hes def improved since then! still idk, for someone who has been doing it as long as he has... it still sounds strained. just my opinion though. I used to love silverstein, for whatever reason I just cant get into them anymore.
