GT gave it a 8.5, but another review I saw of it was very harsh on the story/Later level combat. I'll probably play the demo, but I have only played a little of DMC 2. I didn't enjoy it at all.
Thats because DMC2 sucks. Its unanimously thought of as being a huge misstep for the series. Play 1 or 3. They'll change your mind.
