As big of a Funeral fan I am I really miss Ryan's screaming. Apparently this is the best song on the album from what I've read from different reviews but of course its all just opinions.
after hearing the snippets, that's the song i was the most looking forward to... unfortunately it seems so weirdly written. chorus (this one sounded good at first but the weird chord progression ruin the catchiness), verses and the outro don't mesh together at all. too bad because the latter sounds good on its own.
It's weird, his voice sounded so phenomenal on the "hours' album, but ever since it's just seemed flat. may just be me, but seems off, especially this track.
Among the 4 songs I've heard so far, this one tops High Castles and Best Friends and Hospital Beds, but I prefer The Distance (although it can't compare to the previous album, in my opinion).
I dig it. On par with The Distance and Hospital Beds, and way better than High Castles.
I'm kinda bummed the album is closing with High Castles. I always like the idea of a closing song being something epic and surprising, but High Castles is neither.
Like all 4 songs i've heard off the album. Album definitely won't top the first 2, not sure it'll even top the last album, which I really liked. Think it'll top M+H & TDTT though.
