The guy bullied and and intimidated a lot of people to keep the fact that he cheated his sport, his famil and friends, his country, his sponsors and so on.

The fact that his charity became a huge success is just an unexpected positive off shoot from all his lies. The idea and positives of Livestrong can still be viewed as a positive while excepting the fact that Lance Armstrong is a horrible person for what he's done. I'm not saying people can't change either, and the fact that he beat cancer and competed in a demanding sport (cheating or not) shows he's a fighter. But after all this time and constant lying and cover ups you have to assume he has a motive.
