Only details so far is that it will focus on the US Army Air Forces and that the source material will be Masters of the Air: America’s Bomber Boys Who Fought the Air War Against Nazi Germany by Donald L Miller.

I'm a fan of both mini series but i think i'm in the minority that preferred The Pacific.

Hopefully this won't turn out like Red Tails.

I'll bet anything that there will be one more mini series after this focusing on the Navy, probably the crew of the USS Enterprise.
