I guess that'd make sense, I dunno, I'd have to see what he said. Maybe he just dedicated a song to his gay friend and got jumped in the same night, not necessarily related. I wouldn't jump to any conclusions with so little information on this out yet. Maybe I just don't want to assume the worst in people.

Well one is employers putting their personal views above the well-being of employees, which is pretty awful and shitty and should have never happened. This second situation sounds like a group of tough guy assholes being ignorant tough guy assholes. Not really the venues fault they have douchebags hanging out and being violent dicks at shows, just people being awful. Luckily they're lifetime losers going nowhere in life guaranteed. They're both pretty terrible, but we still only know pieces of information in each.
