The mouth heals extremely quickly in most cases, but I would give it another few days. I think you may have just really irritated your gum by having that stuck in there and then pushing the floss in. Oragel could help you if you really can't handle the pain, but I think it should definitely be feeling better in 2-3 days. After that if it still hurts that is very weird and I'd call a dentist. | | |
