i generally try to not have to pronounce it haha. it started out as a play on "shish kebab" with the abbreviation for wyoming at the end (i was really, really cool in eighth grade), so maybe something like "Bob shishka double-you why"? then again, when i tell tell people how to find me in real life, i usually kind of spell it out by saying "bob she is ka w y." i'd say just do it however you want. i like that you've noticed it enough to justify the word "always" haha.
