oh, whoa. it is gone. wtf?

yeah, I live in Seattle, so I'd consider driving out to George if they really are playing (I'd jump at any opportunity to see my favorite band), but let's be honest: Thrice would probably be higher up on that list if they really are playing, and that seems like a pretty strange group of bands for them to be playing with.

been relistening through Thrice's complete discog recently. Remembered why they are my all time favorite band, will definitely be in a Thrice mood for a while now.

wanna get this thread started again, so gonna do the classic album ranking crap:

Beggars = Vheissu > TAITA > MM = Wind/Earth > Fire/Water > TIOS > IC

love all of these albums to death though, except maybe IC... that still has some jams on it, though (Phoenix Ignition, Torch, T&C)/

The Artist In The Ambulance has been fading away for me a little bit. Great album, definitely, but I'm beginning to feel more inclined to put Major/Minor above it in my list because I think the band learned to write better music.

Same tbh

yeah I mean I definitely dig TIOS, it's fun and a good landmark in the post-hardcore scene and will probably go down as a classic in that genre (along with TAITA and Thursday's FC), and IC has some good stuff in it. they are by no means bad.

but God, they're not pop-punk/metalcore.

I think Beggars is a tiny bit better than Vheissu, but only slightly.

yeah, pretty sure most of the online/digital whatever sites (iTunes, for example) got the logo one, but the actual vinyl has the beach cover.

Riley got married yesterday, and the first song he and his (now) wife danced to? "All I Need" by Radiohead. That is amazing.

Hate to be the guy that asks that, but could anybody hook me up with a link containing Thrice b-sides? I already have all the studio albums and HOB and Anthology and Red Sky EP, but I'm unfortunately missing everything else. PM me with a dl link, if you could? I'd prefer zippyshare or mediafire.

thanks in advance guys!
